Order Cancellation By Us

We may cancel an order in rare cases, such as a pricing error, stock issue, or suspected fraud. If this happens, you will get a full refund.

6Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India and to over 60 countries. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may change due to location, weather, or courier delays.

• Orders within India usually arrive in 3 to 6 business days
• International orders usually arrive in 7 to 14 business days
• Shipping is free on all orders within India

7Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please see our full Customer Support FAQ page for step by step details on returns, exchanges, and damaged items.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and check the returned item.
