1Introduction
We want you to love every fragrance you buy from Élan Noir. If something is not right, this page explains how our returns and refunds work, in simple steps.
This policy applies to all orders placed on our website across India and internationally, unless stated otherwise.
2What Can Be Returned
You can return a product if all of these are true:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
- You have the order number or invoice for the item
Home Trial Kit: If you bought a Home Trial Kit, you can exchange it within 7 days, even if the samples have been opened, as explained on our Services page.
3What Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened:
- Opened or used perfume bottles, unless purchased through Home Trial
- Bespoke or custom-made fragrances created just for you
- Gift cards and digital vouchers
- Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
4How To Start A Return
Starting a return takes just a few steps:
Go to your accountOpen the Orders section and find the item you want to return.
Select "Request Return"Tell us the reason for the return so we can help you better.
Pack the itemPlace the product back in its original box, if possible.
Hand it to our pickup partnerWe will arrange a free pickup from your address within 2 to 4 days.
5How Refunds Work
Once we receive and check your returned item, we will process your refund. Here is how long it takes to reach you:

You will get an email as soon as your refund is processed, along with the reference number.
6Exchanges
Want a different fragrance instead of a refund? You can request an exchange for any unopened product within 30 days, for an item of equal or lesser value. If the new item costs more, you can pay the difference at checkout.
7Damaged Or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a free replacement, at no extra cost to you
- If a replacement is not available, we will give you a full refund
- You do not need to pay for return shipping in this case
8Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order for free as long as it has not been shipped yet. Once your order has shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process after it is delivered to you.
9Who Pays For Return Shipping
Return pickup is free for all customers within India. If a product is damaged, wrong, or faulty, return shipping is always free, no matter where you are.
Please note: For international orders where you simply changed your mind, return shipping costs may apply and will be shared with you before pickup.
